Film & television production
News: London’s Populus Pictures has signed a contract to begin work on Resistance, written by Massachusetts screenwriter Caitlin McCarthy. Learn more about the film at www.resistancethemovie.com.
Populus Pictures is working with Stop Motion Pro, the animation software company in all its animation projects, this allows us greater flexibility with all aspects of animation and helps to greatly speed up production, hence more cost effective especially when lip sync is required. With using the latest digital 35mm cameras with our rostrum setups makes high definition comes as standard.
In house video editing using Sony Vegas for quick cutting and 30 channel digital recording desk allows us to quickly create teasers for clients or broadcasters to evaluate on projects .With the latest hi-spec video cameras available and Director David Crossman in control all aspects of a shoot including multi-camera for studio based programs can be undertaken. As production costs keep getting cut it is very important these days to be creative in house thus allowing maximum money to screen for potential clients.
Finding new commercial projects can be hard, especially in this very competitive market, with that in mind our in-house writers and project advisers are always looking for the next latest trend.
At Populus Pictures be it fact or fiction We question everything why, wouldnt you ?
